Across Pakistan, thousands of independent gyms juggled member sign-ups in notebooks, chased monthly fees over WhatsApp, and watched members lapse without ever knowing why. Off-the-shelf tools were built for Western markets — too expensive, too rigid, missing local payment rails entirely.

Two weeks shadowing real owners. Every workflow, receipt book, and WhatsApp template mapped. The feature list cut in half before a line of code was written. From there, weekly releases shaped by real customer support tickets — never a launch that woke the team.

A single, well-tested codebase serves web, owner mobile, and member mobile — with offline-tolerant sync and local payment rails baked in from day one.

Within 18 months Workzish onboarded 300+ gyms, lifted member retention 3× versus the pre-platform baseline, and saved each owner 10+ hours a week on admin. Native iOS and Android apps for both owners and members. 99.9% uptime since the public launch.

Most importantly, the platform stays simple enough for a new gym to add their first member in under five minutes — and rich enough that an established one never outgrows it.
